Billing System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide system impact, cost estimation, and implementation efforts for feasibility studies of new business requirements that relate to the applications in charge. • Deliver IT solution design which is optimum in the given business context and in line with company’s security policy and IT architecture principles. The solution must also meet defined service KPI. • Work with vendors and/or developers to deliver products/solutions as per agreed scope, timeline, and quality. This includes requirement scoping, solution design, developing ETL, test scoping, testing, defect management, migration, deployment procedure validation, and transition to operation. • Work with other project team members such as project manager, business analysts, business users, solution architects, and other application owners to deliver end-to-end solution. • In case there is impact on infrastructure e.g. need to expand system capacity, work with infrastructure team and vendor to deliver the required infrastructure. This includes system dimensioning, BOQ validation, performance test, and performance tuning. • Provide third-line support to operation team for incident investigation and problem solving.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 27 – 35 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or other related fields. • At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in software development (design & implement) and system analysis. Experiences in payment, dunning and credit control are preferred but not mandatory. • Good programming skills, data analysis, and Agile development. Knowledge in opensource software such as PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, shell script, Kafka are a plus. • Fast learner and willing to learn and to adapt oneself to the company’s working culture. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and creative. • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment. • Possess a strong attitude of quality and customer centricity. • Good command of English both written and spoken.
