Technical Lead - Senior System Analyst (Financial and ERP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensures that every team member has a role to play in achieving set goals and targets • Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance • Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results • Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement • Work with client, business owner, product owner to gather the requirement, do feasibility assessment, define appropriate solution • Ensure security of data and information in team responsible are protected from unauthorized access

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 32 – 45 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • Minimum experience of 10 years in senior system analyst and or more than 7+ years in technical leadership • Have knowledge and experience at least 10 years with telecommunications technologies and at least 7 years with supply chain management, financial management and ERP • Have experience in project management • Have experience in development lifecycle including document, design, implement, testing, knowledge sharing, deploy and maintenance • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and communication • Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems • Ability to effectively handle stress, pressures, and challenges • Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time • Ability to speak, read and written communication in English.
