Chief - Team Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage case allocation • Manage other operations • Supervise payment follow up from customer • Monitor follow up activity and result • Handle customer complaint • Provide instruction to team for problem solving • Coordinate with the related units in case any customers have problem • Provide training material and train to Outsource collectors • Contact and coordinate with Outsource Agent Team. • Provide idea of improvement or development to Unit Manager to reach the higher target • Provide instruction to team for improvement • Provide the suitable solution in first stage to Unit Manager and report the problem that are effected to drop the operation process to Unit Manager by creating memo or report as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age 28 – 40 years old • Thai nationality only • At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields • At least 5 year experiences in related field such as collection, customer support, etc. • At least 2 year experience in supervision level • Computer literature in Microsoft Office • Able to work under high pressure, High EQ • Logical thinking with “Can do” attitude • Strong leadership and motivation skill • Able to handle aggressive customer, lead to the negotiation to success • Good negotiation , convincing skills and decision making • Timely manner and good ethical • Able to communicated in English both speaking and writing (if any)
