Maintenance Engineer Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, machinery, and equipment are running at maximum efficiency. • Overseeing a team of Engineers and maintenance staff in the completion of activities related to maintenance and projects includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of machines • Create, develop and implement policies, processes, standards and procedures for the maintenance department. • Main priority works are full responsibility in mechanical & electrical equipment problem solving, maintenance and project work • Maintenance overall cost reduction and control to achieve the budget target. • Manpower development in terms of training needs, work effectiveness, skill competency to develop the staff motivation and performance (KPI) to ensure and promote efficient work performance, develop competency and capabilities of workers. • Responsibility maintenance the cooling system, machine and electrical • Etc..

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male/ Female age over 35 years old. • Thai Nationality. • Excellent English Skills • Relevant Mechatronics Engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering degree is preferred • Minimum of 10 years working experience as a senior engineer or minimum of 5 years of working experience as an engineering Manager. Food manufacturing, Frozen food industry is highly preferred • Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing and thermodynamic concepts will be advantage • Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L), understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain • Good attitude, strong in management and organizational skills • Strong proficiency in programs such as Autocad, Solidwork, SCADA etc. • Knowledge of ERP software is preferred i.e. SAP • Excellent leadership and people management skills. Professional/ mature demeanor under stressful conditions • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
