หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Follow up installment payment of customer who has overdue installment and soft reminding making telephone calls according to Calling Priority which is set by Collection Manager and controlled by the collection system • Record the updated follow up data into Collection system • Contact new customers to explain about method of payment and channel of payment in order to make understanding and facilitate customers to keep the payment on due • Contact Marketing Officer or sending case to field collector to increase the percentage of contactable customer • Ensure to have the number of call and promise kept on payment base on target • Provide information and other documents on customer request • Contact and coordinate with Outsource Agent Team. Support information of customer who sending to Outsource Agent • Escalate the hard cases to supervisor to close case without complaint

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female, Age 30 - 45 years old • At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields • 2-3 years experiences is required • Computer literature in Microsoft Office • Able to work under high pressure, High EQ • Good negotiation skills • Timely manner and good ethical
