Retail Operation Supervisor, Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensure the successful listing of products and life cycle retail management. • Responsible for the planning and management of retail resources, and the formulation of a series of resource allocation (people and material) rules, and responsible for the efficiency of retail resource input and output. • Responsible for product retail market analysis/retail user insight/retail business insight, under the national retail strategy of the product, lead or assist or manage the planning and output of retail GTM trading solutions, including but not limited to: retail target decomposition, retail rhythm, Store coverage plan and plan, retail resource investment plan plan, including but not limited to: retail material preparation and plan (such as experience props/APK/prototype/dumb machine/POSM/gift, etc.), manpower investment plan, retail staff evaluation and formulation, etc. . • Responsible for product retail selling point mining/packaging, assist in managing retail user research insights and product retail review • Responsible for or assisting in product retail GTM whole-process project management, familiar with the product listing process, drawing on the resources and rhythms of each department, module, and region, and unified leading/executing/supporting/supervising/re-listing product listing

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female, Age 28 - 35 years old • At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields • More than 3 years of work experience in product retail management/GTM/product marketing positions, domestic work experience or overseas experience in Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi terminals is preferred, international flagship product retail GTM trade experience is preferred • Familiar with 2C industries such as FMCG/communication products, familiar with 2C retail business, good 2C user thinking, strong brand thinking and retail marketing capabilities • Possess rich project management experience, strong resource integration ability, strong driving force, responsible for the results; strong communication skills, excellent English or Thai reading, speaking, dictation • Have the following industry experience is plus: wholesale/retail
