หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Experienced in IT Helpdesk or Support operation and workflow Troubleshooting of Faults by End Users using Phone / Remote Software Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Software / Local & Remote Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issue Respond promptly to fault ticket via system and phone Good communication skills in users or customers-facing situation Willingness to expand own technical skill set for better business operation Perform administrative and other tasks as deemed necessary by the team lead/ supervisor Advantage experience in Mic. Azure

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Able to communicate in English
