Sales Engineer, Display Division

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop close relationship with distributor/customer and discuss the trends for Asia Pacific market. • Continually assess current distributors, develop and evaluate their performance and manage each territory strategies. • Determine annual sales plan and project plans by implementing strategies and activities. • Establish monthly sales objectives by forecasting and set target for regions, projecting expected sales volume, profitability. • Plan to ensure achievement of monthly target and aligning with company sales strategies. • Develop product concept & application proposal to motivate distributor and identify new sales channel. • Provide on the ground support include training for distributor’s sales associate. • Manage and handle customer inquiry and complains to maintain business relationship.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female Age 26 - 35 years old • Bachelor’s degree in relate file • 3 years’ experience in Display or Automotive related industry • Good in MS office skill • Good in English language. • Good communication skills. Able to convert clear and concise message to the team members / key stakeholders and keeping others informed of the progress. • Sales experience is preferred • Customer service oriented • Good team spirit. • Able to collaborate with other members.
