หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Design company strategy and set goals for growth. • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. • Set policies and processes for smooth operation of the whole business. • Oversee employee recruitment, training, development and assessment process. • Lead business development and ensure employees are motivated and work productively. • Evaluate and improve company operations and financial performance. • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors etc.). • Keep HQ managements constantly updated and prepare regular reports for upper managements.

• • Male, Age not over 48 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant field. • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role. • Profound building material knowledge, excellent sales skills, and perfect understanding on the local market. • Experience in planning and budgeting • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) • Strong analytical ability • Excellent communication skills • Excellent English communication • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills • Problem-solving aptitude • Profound piping product knowledge
