หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for the technical support of ONU products, and can guide customers to troubleshoot remotely • Interface with R&D personnel, escalate and deal with major problems in a timely manner, and track problems until they are closed • Strong learning ability, learn new technologies in time and apply them to daily work

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female • Age not over 35 - 40 years • Experience in telecommunication • Bachelor's degree or related field • Good communication skills in English • English can be used as a working language • Familiar with ONU theory and practical operation • Experience in Huawei, ZTE and other companies is preferred • Strong learning ability
