Personal Loan Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Project management and inter-department coordination • Supervision/advice to all relevant departments’ (e.g. Credit, Collection) operation set up based on knowledge and experience in personal loan business • Lead system set up by providing requirements as business owner • Planning and implementing marketing strategy (e.g. customer segmentation, targeting) • Setting finance condition • Create campaign & promotion • Develop sales channel • Setting up sales operation (create operation standard, train sales person etc) • Supervision on sales activities • Conduct sales activities (including role as a salesperson where necessary) • Conduct any other project/task assigned by the supervisor (e.g. market research, analysis)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female , Age 28 – 40 years old. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields • At least 5 years in personal loan business • At least 5 years in sales and marketing or related fields. • Experience in leading new projects is an advantage. • IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office • Good Analytical skill • Superior communication and inter-departmental coordination skill • Strong leadership • Teamwork oriented • Fluent in English • Basic knowledge of IT system ( able to provide a requirement as a user / IT technical knowledge is option)
