System Engineer (การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maintain and Manage system. • Monitor and maintain relate hardware infrastructure and network infrastructure then create report. • Diagnosing and solving any incident related with server. • Create, Upgrading and maintenance services operation and technical to customer. • Support day-to-day operation incident and change. • Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables. • Document and prepare service report to customer.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in System Engineer or Cloud Engineer. • Knowledge in Windows/Linux, Server, Storage, Database, Cloud. • Knowledge of Oracle, VMware, Nutanix (Cloud), Veritas, HP 3PAR • Learning about product updates and new technologies. • Good command of spoken and written in English. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard. • Can work in shifts. (8.00 - 20.00 / 20.00 - 08.00) ทำ 3 วัน หยุด 3 วัน
