General Manager (L)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing sales and financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity. • Preparation of annual operation plans, e.g. annual budget, annual operating plan, manpower, strategy, training, etc. • Lead the team to deliver on business growth. • Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits • Oversee company's business operations, develop business strategies and plans to achieve goals. • Provide strategic advice and give periodical report to the Board. • Develop and strengthen the positive long-term business relationship with clients, business partners and other stakeholder. • Manage resources including attracting, hiring and retention of good personnel. • Supervise, guide, and delegate executives in their duties. • Ensure all activities and operations meet company’s guidelines as well as regulatory requirements/standards. • Interact with the public and represent the company in a professional manner.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female, Age 38-50 Years Old • Education: Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree • At least 7 years of work experience in management level • Financial knowledge and Industrial background is a plus
