Logistics Support (Contract 6 Month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct product/document receiving/checking from courier and freight forwarder • Scan, print and organize receiving document • Prepare way bill/custom entry document to book the sending service for courier • Detail check product and list to ensure completeness of sending order • Support team routine task with enthusiastic and service minded. • Ensure completeness of incoming and out going product. • Ensure accuracy of document preparing and product matching. • Manage long outstanding incoming product.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female, Age 23 – 29 years old • Very high possibility to switch to permanent employee • Both new graduates and experienced persons are welcome to apply • Experience in Logistics field will be an advantage • Enthusiastic personality with service-minded attitude • Intermediate fluency in English communication (or TOEIC 800 score) • Capable deal with routine task and being carefully detail oriented as require for document preparation. • Physical healthy as require to walk around for receiving, sending, checking, and lifting • Enthusiastic, service minded • Like mathematics, capable to use excel
