หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Vision system technical support in customer's production line. • Provides technical assistance to sales to maximize customer support. • Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem. • Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance. • Technical support • seminar and problem-solving of Customer and Sales Engineer

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree Engineering and related fields • Intermediate fluency in English communication (or TOEIC 600 score) • At least 1 year of working experience as Technical Engineer in factory. (advantage if Vision System) • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, service minded, well-organized and positive thinking. • Presentation, negotiation and project management skills, communication skill to understand customer’s need correctly. • Good computer skill (Microsoft excel, power point, etc) and making Software skill is preferable. • BETTER: Programming for PLC • Communication skill to understand customer's request and inform them to SE.
