Senior Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Devise and propose new marketing campaigns based on data, customer feedbacks, competitive environment, and market movement • Evaluate feedbacks from BM, RM, and related department to create new campaigns • Cooperate with TIS, and dealers to devise and launch co-campaigns • Prepare budget and investment outline to be utilized on each new campaign developed • Handle special assignments and new project development assigned from management • Coordinate and collaborate among departments to launch cross functional projects in the predetermined schedule • Organize meetings to consult and report on project progress with related departments • Write internal MEMOs and circulate to get the management approval • Conduct post-campaign analysis from internal data, market feedback, and report the results • Summarize campaign usage, trends, user profiles, and profit and loss of each special campaign launched • Report the monthly volume and contract details of a specific campaign to related departments to proceed necessary processes e.g., billing, settlement, etc • Collect market data and competitors’ campaigns from social media, websites, and events to benchmark our products and services competitiveness • Conduct monthly online survey to BM on competitors’ movement, financial condition, and overall situation to keep track of the market • Request data queries to obtain raw data and analyze the data to identify potential new customers or new market segment • Collect sales and hire purchase volume data of each dealers from BM report, and BROP to analyze trend of market penetration by dealers, and region • Able to handle problems that might arise in day to day operation and report the issue and possible solution to the direct supervisor • Share responsibilities, allocate and manage tasks, and share necessary knowledge to the team and newcomers to create a mutual learning environment • Supervise and provide guidance to junior staffs while ensuring that their performance is on track • Identify process bottlenecks and propose suggestion to improve work flow and process efficiency • Propose change request and system modification, where necessary, to improve productivity and efficiency

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, finance and banking, economic or related fields • Minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience in marketing, leasing or any related fields. (For senior officer, chief level) • Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills • Good interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Flexible and have good adaptability to rapid changing in business • Ability to work and negotiate with people of higher power or authority • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
