Plant Manager (or Factory Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide direction and leadership for plant operations including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Quality Operations, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering and EHS. • Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to ensure production output, product quality and on-time delivery to customers • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant‘s operation team. • Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the company goals. • Able to adjust output capacity, flexibility according to the uncertain situation. • Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality. • Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts. • Review the overall production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency. • Review operations performance and trigger corrective actions and improvement. • Manage accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials / WIP and finished products. • Manage engineering functions to ensure the safety, capability and efficiency of facility / utilities and equipment. • Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership and management. • Develop and support operational excellence across all functions – including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. • Ensure ethics and integrity through compliance / risk management. • Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment and commitment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male & Female, Age 45 - 55 years old • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy in Manufacturing Technology/Industrial Pharmacy or Engineering management branch or related field. • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics. • 5+ years of experience in a Plant Manager position or equivalent or have at least 8 years of experience as a Production Manager. • Knowledge of PIC/s GMP and quality requirements related to pharmaceuticals including ICH, ASEAN Guideline. • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), Occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001). • Good knowledge and skills in planning and Result Based Management. • Good knowledge and skills in information technology and Digital Literacy. • Good communication Skills, Leadership Skills and Strategic Thinking Skills. • Good command of English Language.
