Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Control finished product and on-time delivery under competitive cost. • Ensure quality standard of the finished product, and reach production target as planned. • Provide training to the operation team for working effectiveness. • Control quality system under standard, and continuously improvement concept. • Manage operation team to strictly follow the company's regulations. • Following safety standards, and keeping the working area always clean. • Leading in employees' capability estimation and developing their working skills. • Control re-pack process • Managing manpower plan to align with the production plan. • Create an annual budget for balancing the production plan and controlling expenses following the plan. • Handling delivery plans to respond to customers' requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Age 35 – 45 years old • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agro-Industry or other scientific fields related • Over 5 years of working experience in the production field. • Experience in Starch product and re-pack process. • Good command of English language skills. • Able to implement financial planning/ budget. • Able to manage cost control, and cost-saving. • Knowledgeable of safety standards. • Skills: leadership, coordination, problem-solving skills. • Personality: flexible, decisive, and self-motivation.
