หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Accompany sales, listen to customer needs, and propose the best solution - Make sure that the product that the sales person plans to propose to the customer is satisfied with the customer's request. - If the specifications are insufficient, we suggest additional or another solution. - Creation of technical data for the proposal - Check if the received product matches the solution proposed to the customer. - Check if there is any problem with the appearance of the received product. - Configuration and operation check of delivered products - On-site delivery, installation and setup work - Onsite / remote support services and reporting for MSS subscribers - Responding to inquiries for customers who do not subscribe to MSS - Arrangement of repairs of customer's IT equipment and tracking and understanding of repair status

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male only, Ages 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field. - At least 1 - 3 years’ support and service experience - Have experience in IT products, hardware, and software. - Have a private car - Have a driver's license
