Product Development Manager or Head of Product Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Lead and management new product development (NPD) and Existing product development (EPD) process - Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all projects are launched per agreed timeline. - Prototype development for new/existing products & efficacy testing (การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ) - Execution and management of overall quality control of packaging and finish goods - Execution and management of safety, stability and storage testing & efficacy testing - Lead responsibility for obtaining necessary FDA approval, other approval and relevant licenses/certifications for product formulas, packaging and efficacy claims - Organize all required submissions to comply with FDA regulations - Specifying procurement requirement priorities (i.e. vendor, supplier and OEM selection) - Support Marketing team in conducting product and technology research

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Female Only - Age can be 30 - 43 years old - At least 5 - 6 years of FMCG or consumer product-related product development experience. - Bachelor’s degree or Master ‘s degree in science, cosmetics or any related fields. - Understanding the overall product development process; product concept, product formulation, stability testing, compatibility testing, until product available in WH - Good project management and coordination skills - Experiences in QA/QC is an advantage - Multi-tasking, can do attitude and work well under pressure - Commercially-minded with good creativity and initiative: Able to contribute to marketing claims based on understanding of product technology - Dynamic, positive and Problem solving oriented. - Ready to take on the exciting challenge of building a new, leading Thai brand as part of an energetic team - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable speaking English and Thai
