T&E Accountant (new grad - junior)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Own and operates finance process such as (but not limited to) accounts payable and T&E, with potential expansion to GL. - Majority of the work will be around account payables and T&E, including invoice/claim processing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, hardcopy archiving. - Drive process improvement and be part of new system implementation. - Ensure good internal controls are in place including compliance to the group’s SOP, policies & local tax regulations. - Ensure Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements are met for our stakeholder, with periodic result reporting for further process improvement. - Provide support to ad-hoc tasks.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in Accounting - 1 - 3 years experience in AP / T&E / Finance related role - Good English skills - Proficient in MS Office / ERP system if any - Work well under pressure and deadlines - Strong team player and good communication skill
