Sales Manager (ICE)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develop and manage existing sales channel or new channel in assign to promote all – stationery, portable compressor, vacuum, etc. - Set up and implement effective sales strategy - Hunter role and drive new channel management - Co-ordinate and organize the sales & marketing activities with channel to achieve the sales target - Drive and coach channel’s sales team - Ensure or build strong relationships with all level channels and end-user directly - Implement and support the marketing strategy, make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile, product price in order to enlarge market share and reinforce company market image - Study the channel weakness and develop the tool to boost them - Quarterly review with channel on their performance and build more challenges - Focus and support customers’ complaints and maintain good client services in terms of quality, delivery, technical support and after sales service, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering - Minimum 5 years of working experiences in mechanical industry but advantage with screw type of air compressor experience - Must be strong channel management skills - Being high sales drive and desire - Being teamwork spirit - Good communication and presentation skills - Proactive in problem solving skills
