System Engineer Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide design, consulting, coordination and technology selection that appreciate to business needs to be aligned with customer requirement - Provide prove of concept of proposed solution to prepare and present product and solution. - Plan and design overall system architecture for enterprise application such as web servers, application server, database system, securities, backup/recovery, directory and network infrastructure - Coordinate with developer or vendors to perform in design, planning, deploying, and monitoring all server component, security systems and related procedures. - Maintain server service level and monitoring server equipment, connection and resolving incident - Configure and administrator a defined technology/system (e.g., Hardware, Operating systems) in support of on-going operations and projects. - Analyzes and provides solution on computer applications and system for team, customers and end user; provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to user support staff. - Provides solution to integrated Hardware, system infrastructure, data back-up and recovery specifications. - Manage incidents and requests for a defined technology environment. - Provides information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology System, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in System Engineering - Understand IT Security Threats and their protection option - Knowledge in Computer/network System and IT Security - Knowledge in MS Windows Server, Storage, VMware, MS SQL Server, Software Backup, MS IIS, Report Tools, Firewall, Server Hardware, etc - Experience with programming language of C#.net, VB.net, C/C++, VBA, JAVA, HTML etc. - Network System and IT Security is optional.
