IT Support (Infrastructure)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Installing and configuring Laptops, Desktops, and Multifunctional Printers. - Monitoring and maintaining computers and networks. - Providing technical support across branches remotely, on-site, and by phone. - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. - Navision 2016 Support and issuing mid-high incidents to SG HQ. - Well-knowledge in Join AD, Installing Intune, and User Group Control. - Managing IT Assets such as Income/outcome materials. (Excel Managing) - Checking and Forecasting Peripheral Devices such as Mouse, Keyboard, and Monitor over all branches. - Cabling and wiring UTP cables. - Have a knowledge network of products and controller applications. - Find vendors and compare quotations - Managing VLAN such as creating, assigning ports,s and routing. - Managing Firewall Rule on gateway devices. - WIFI Controller such as roaming and dividing internal and guest. - Well-knowledge in VPN Site-to-Site. - Designing and planning CCTV structures and devices. - Have knowledge of CCTV Products and applications. - Find vendors and compare quotations. - Managing access via cloud applications or nvr/dvr configurations. - Providing CCTV technical support across branches for HoD and Asst.HoD. - Preventive Maintenance and co-working Vendor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems, Business Computer or related fields. - At least 1+ years experience in IT support - Experience in server and network support and CCTV - Positive Thinking, fast learner, service-minded, energetic, and enthusiastic. - Good computer proficiency and typing skills
