RF Optimization Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyzing network performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Conducting network optimization activities such as drive tests, network parameter optimization, and network performance analysis. Investigating customer complaints and network issues to identify root causes and develop solutions. Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve network issues. Working with vendors to evaluate new technologies and products. Developing network optimization strategies to improve network performance. Participating in network design and planning activities to ensure that the network is optimized for performance. Developing and implementing network performance testing and monitoring plans. Providing technical support to field teams to resolve network issues. Preparing reports on network performance and optimization activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 2+ years experience in wireless communication network optimization Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of RF propagation, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols is essential. Good communicate in Thai Fair - Good in English Can travel to upcountry / be based around Thailand
