IT Operation and Application Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Responsible for operation tasks -Routine tasks such as monitor statistic/alarm/performance of FBB Services -Preventative Maintenance task -Corrective Maintenance task -Plan & Unplan Activity task -Oncall tasks -To test and commission services deployment. -To Analyze, investigate, troubleshoot and fix problems of installation/MA job of BSS. -To support other related teams about technical Q&A inquiry. -To communicate and collaborate with other teams and vendors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor or higher in Computer Engineering/Telecom Engineer/IT or any related field. -Good Understanding of Linux and Database administration skills for troubleshooting -Detail oriented, Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. -Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and vendors. -Good command in English and Computer literacy
