IDC Operations Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description 1.Responsible for the management & technical support of servers/routers/switches/network in Data Center environment. 2.Configuration changes of the network and debug of Data Center network, fault trouble shooting, system installation, and configuration, equipment operation in Data Center. 3.Management of DC Capacity Specification and proactively detect & resolve a potential issue related to DC Network or Servers. 4.Perform changes to system services and configuration 5.Manage the service of vendors. 6..Complete work ticket and follow SOP, and submit work into the internal system. Qualification 1.Higher diploma or above in Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Engineering or a related subject 2.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience 3.Basic knowledge in Data Centre domain 4.Good command of English 5.Shift operations is required (7x24） 6.Legally allowed to work in Thailand
