หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. By finding and using effective recruitment channels, assisting in the recruitment of local employees, participating in interviewing/screening job applicants or other work-related matters, to ensure the talent supply and recruitment quality of the office. 2. Responsible for the maintenance of local employee relations, employee contract management, personnel change management, social security provident fund and policy benefit declaration, etc. 3. Responsible for training program development, implementation, management, organization, effect evaluation, file establishment, management of employee assessment, and attendance supervision. 4. Employee salary calculation, commission bonus calculation, etc. 5. Office preparation: Finding office locations, procurement of office supplies, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices for goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery Time. 6. Other tasks that assigned by manager.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree in related field 2. Has experiences at least 3-5 years 3. Has strong language skill : English or Chinese
