หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
- Lialising with user/staff either remotely or face-to-face
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing faulty hardware as required
- Providing support, including procedural adequate documentation
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Support the roll-out of new applications and systems
- Setting up new user accounts, profiles and dealing with account related issues, i.e. passwords.
- Responding withing agreed time limit and SLA to call-outs
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing open cases at one time
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users/customers and other professionals
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- To perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed by the superior or designated person

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics or any IT related fields.
-At least 0-2 years experience in IT Department or IT support / helpdesk. (Fresh graduate is also welcome).
-Good command of spoken and written English.
-Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
