Accounts Payable Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Own and operates finance process such as (but not limited to) accounts payable and T&E, with potential expansion to GL and AR related tasks. -Majority of the work involve in account payables and T&E, including invoice/claim processing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, communicate with internal stakeholders and hardcopy archiving activity. -Drive process improvement and be part of new system implementation. -Ensure good understanding and govern internal controls including compliance to the group’s SOP, policies & local tax regulations (VAT/WHT). -Ensure Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements are met for our stakeholder, with periodic result reporting for further process improvement. -Provide support to ad-hoc tasks.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Degree in accounting with 1-3 years AP/T&E/finance related work experience. -Proficient in MS Office Applications. -Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. -A strong team player with good communication skills, fluent in both Thai language and English. -Can start work immediately will be advantage.
