• 1. IT Service Overview: o Conduct a comprehensive overview of IT services within the organization, including infrastructure, applications, and support functions. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current IT systems and services. 2. Company IT/DX Consultation: o Serve as a key consultant for Company IT/DX projects, providing insights on IT service requirements and aligning them with organizational goals. o Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with broader DX initiatives. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor the performance of IT services and systems. o Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, issues, and recommendations for improvement. 4. User Training and Support: o Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT services and best practices. o Provide ongoing support to resolve IT-related queries and issues. 5. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT services. o Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. 6. Security and Compliance: o Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures. o Ensure IT services comply with data protection and privacy regulations. 7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: o Maintain detailed documentation of IT service configurations, processes, and systems. o Share knowledge with relevant stakeholders to enhance understanding of IT services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.  Proven experience in IT service management and IT/DX consultation.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.  Familiarity with Company IT/DX projects and their implications on IT services.  Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
