IT Infrastructure Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Administer and maintain Windows, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and email systems.
• Design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and networking systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Liaise with users and staff, both remotely and face-to-face, to troubleshoot system and network problems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults; replace faulty hardware as required.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, and handle account-related issues (e.g., passwords).
• Provide technical support and ensure adequate procedural documentation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, system diagrams, and procedures.

• Networking Skills and Hardware Skills
• Good command in English & Mandarin
• Immediate Microsoft Office/ Google Sheet Skill Knowledge
