Elabram Systems Group was established in 1999 in Malaysia. We have 26 footprints around the globe and business offices in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and in Philippines with core expertise in providing Network Planning Optimization (NPO) and Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD).

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Assist in resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues for end-users.
  • Configure and deploy workstations (laptops, monitors, and peripherals) for new hires.
  • Manage and prioritize "help desk" tickets through the company's tracking system.
  • Support IT staff in performing system updates, patches, and software installations.
  • Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for performance and uptime. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, and equipment).
  • Help monitor systems for security threats and assist in basic cybersecurity audits.
  • Ensure all devices comply with company security policies (MFA, antivirus, and password management).
  • Document IT procedures and create "how-to" guides for common user issues.
  • Participate in departmental projects such as office migrations, server upgrades, or AI tool implementations.
  • Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for workflow improvements.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Chinese/Mandarin is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Windows ,macOS, and basic Linux commands. Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • A "self-starter" attitude with a genuine curiosity to learn new systems.
