IT Support (English speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing the entire company IT systems(Network/Telephony/Server/Client/Software/Service/Etc)
• • Manage and coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to support business operations.
• • Providing daily troubleshooting for endpoint software and hardware, and directly supporting users.
• •Provide consultation and support for user requests.
• •On-site support for domestic branch offices.
• • Always looking for an IT technology/innovation and try to apply to the company with the most appropriate solution
• • Provide advice and support to users for all IT systems within the organization through ticketing systems, email, and phone calls.
• • Provide support for internal systems, including Microsoft services, cloud infrastructure, and network environments.
• • Opportunity to develop business acumen and project management skills, along with gaining practical experience in global communication through collaboration with international teams.

• • Has strong knowledge, understanding, and skills of IT related fields, with logical problem analysis and solving abilities.
• • The ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership.
• • Good Conversational level in English communication.
