Shift Sipervisor - Utility

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Receive instructions, from Engineering and Utility Manager, and/or information, from outgoing reliever, regarding status of operations, breakdowns and other jobs 2. Monitor, closely, all steam generation / water treatment plant parameters 3. Direct Boiler Control Room Operator/ Gas Engine/ Biomass chipping and convey system/ substation to adjusts controls, to set specified fuel feed, draft openings, water level and steam conditions 4. Keep track of readings on Boiler Control panel, Gas Engine Control panel and DCS control panel instruments, to ensure balance of load for steam generation and electricity 5. Coordinate with other department supervisors to lessen or increase load, to meet desired steaming rates/ electrical load 6. Assist in opening or isolating a section or steam distribution lines, as may be required by Production Department 7. Assist in opening or isolating a section for electrical demand management as may be required by Production Department 8. Perform regular inspection and accomplish checklist of all equipment, under his area of responsibility 9. Check and sign personnel time sheets and submit to his superior 10. Ensure that proper sanitation and housekeeping is maintained within working area at all times 11. Ensure compliance and implementation of company rules, regulations and safety policies at all times 12. Supervise the staff in the Boiler/ Gas Engine/ Substation/ Wood chipping and Convey system Department during assigned shift 13. Operate and maintain all parameters for optimum performance and environmental compliance 14. Plan and support for preventive and corrective maintenance 15. Trouble shooting of equipment under supervision 16. Fuel and Ash management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or Engineering graduate 2. At least 3 years work experience in supervising and/or 3 years experiences in boiler/ gas engine operation and maintenance tube boiler operation 3. Computer Skills (DCS)
