Maintenance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and execute the Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities to support and achieve the company objectives.
• Develop effective preventive maintenance in coordination with production planning.
• Support the ordering of new machines and equipment.
• Coordinate and support the installation and commissioning of new machine in the factory.
• Lead actions required to minimize machine downtime and improve OEE to achieve company KPIs.
• Lead to reduce machine maintenance costs; maintenance cost, repairing cost, and spare parts.
• Approve and review spare parts stock level.
• Review and update documentation needed for maintenance (Checklist, Work Instructions, Manuals., etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services as needed.
• Train and mentor engineers, supervisors, and technicians to improve their knowledge and skills.
• Create a 5’s, Lean, and safety culture within the team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or another related field
• Over 10 years’ experience in Maintenance operation/management.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• TPM, OEE, Lean manufacturing, 5’s. Strong organization skills
