Production Manager (Lamphun)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee operations at Lamphun site
• Manage and control QCDS in Lamphun manufacturing plant
• Develop plan to help operations run smoothly
• Define and monitor KPI’s and individual target setting
• Supervise and motivate employee to achieve the production plan in terms of Revenue, OTD, quality and company KPI’s
• Manage production resources (Manpower, OT, WIP, Inventory; machinery)
• Coordinate and align departments towards the goal: Review weekly build plan with team in SKP, Ensure build plan is achieved
• Liaise with Planning, Quality and Engineering /R&D department for a smooth operation
• Liaise with Planning, Quality and Engineering /R&D department for a smooth operation
• Maintain and monitor workflow steps by; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources, resolving scheduling conflicts and developing reporting procedures and systems.
• Coordinate/lead improvement projects and identify ways to increase productivity
• Collect and review data to reduce waste/ inefficiencies
• Create and control budgets
• Coordinate implementation of quality management system for mechanical parts follow ISO standard (ISO9001 and ISO14001)
• Ensure processes are documented: SOP and work instructions are up to date
• Review JDs, recruit new employees and assure a smooth onboarding & clarity on roles and responsibilities and knowledge transfer
• Develop training and career development plans for existing employees
• Support team with problem solving methodologies for effective resolution
• Evaluate and coach employees
• Encourage/ facilitate a safe and organized (5’s) environment. Prepare and support the evidence for Internal/External Audit activities
