SMT Application Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Computer and Electrical & Electronic & Mechatronics or Related Fields
• At least 2 years of experience in SMT processes, hands-on operation of SMT machines and SMT component package types will be highly valued
• Experienced with BOM reviews and component packaging
• Have good professional ethics, responsibility and team spirit
• Strong mechanical aptitude including strong troubleshooting skills.

• Responsible for programming and optimizing SMT machines. Alternative material programing. PnP programs combine. Material change package programming. High productivity mode programing. Pick and place program line balancing. Materials/ group creation library.
• Check and maintain the machines to always be ready for use. Immediately resolve the issue when the machine stops working. Get notified about spare parts that technicians need. Submit a repair notice to the relevant department. Record invoices for repairs. Make a summary of your downtime every month. Make a summary cost repairing. Problem solving Machine Breakdown.

• PM Scheduled. Prepare for the job PM. Check the tools used in PM Job. Improvement reduce Machine Downtime.
• Check, repair Feeder Samsung and Fuji PnP. Support Production.
• Submit a repair notice to the relevant department. Record invoices for repairs. Make a summary of Cost downtime every month.
• Prepare Schedule and send to PD-Planning. Store-record PM document/ PM Record. Prepare File/Check list PM. Make Sticker PM/ PM Sticker. Make a summary of Cost PM every month.
• Record Spare part. Quotation and Issue OR. Record Spare part. Make a summary about Spare part. Every month.
• Prepare Work instruction. Document PM. Document Operate.
