NPI Engineer Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Follow-up NPI production to complete follow NPI plan
• Problem solving during NPI production
• Review DFM report with process engineer and product engineer.
• Review project readiness before start NPI production.
• Consolidated all issues found during NPI build and work on ways to mitigate risk for mass production
• Create NPI sample report.
• Review customer feedback and issues found in NPI production
• Manage missing materials for all NPI projects with NPI Buyer
• Attend customer regular meeting and follow up customer requirement
• Maintain the project status, timeline and budget
• Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure the design of the manufacturing facilities for pilot production; layout and equipment, tools, materials etc. are in place
• Review cost of each NPI project Quote price VS actual PO price inform customer in closing meeting of findings, i.e. price adjustments additional fixtures etc. needed
• Productivity Improvement
• Monitor OTD of NPIs, reasons for delay and propose corrective actions to management for improvement in the next quarter
• Suggest improvements changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing process.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experiences in print circuit board assembly manufacturing field.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
• Fluency in communicating in Thai is essential.
• Good skill of general computer software
• Good skill of problem solving and analytical
• Good skill of problem solving and analytical
• Teamwork and teambuilding spirit
• Technical communication skill
• Good project management skills
