SMT Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To crated, develop parameter, maintain and improve responsible ‘s processes of Mass production.
• Provide technical support for the SMT process and tooling used in PCBA manufacturing: marking, solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, pick, and place, and thermal profile monitoring system of mass production for yield and productivities improvement and reduction cost.
• Analyze yield of processes to ensure process capabilities.
• Analyze defects by determine root cause, possible cause and have containment action and preventive action for solve problem with team.
• Monitoring result and report result and action plan after improving and solve quality issue by daily, weekly and monthly to Manager.
• Implement the use of SPC for control process.
• Design training method, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Report and calculate usage of operating support material to team for individuals and groups.
• Support 8D about determine root cause and get preventive action for customer’s complain until problem isn’t happened again.
• Management and follow up daily issue, WI, Tooling and project of SMT process.
• Responsible for establishing and evaluating Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes in case material change.
• Creates, edits, and maintain requisite documentation of SMT process and other that relevant SMT process.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, and repair of PCBA
• Works closely with Purchasing, Incoming and Product Engineer for quality control of raw materials and component.
• Respond to tech and release training schedule for new SMT engineer under organize.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5 Years Electronics engineering or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing setting demonstrating increased responsibility. SMT, PCBA process preferred.
• Technical Degree, certified Professional SMT designation a plus, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with soldering and prototyping circuits, re-work and SMT equipment’s
• IPC - 610, IPC- 7525, IPC7351 IPC - and ISO 9001,IATF16949,ISO13485 standard experience required.
• Working experience with leaded, lead-free, no-clean processes
• Good Command in English both writing and speaking.
