QC/QA Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and supervise QC/QA operator.
• Decisions making on reject and acceptance for production process when QC/QA inspector cannot make decision.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of QMS in production area.
• Responsible for training all inspectors about PCBA inspection and judgment criteria , document preparation for IPQC/QA inspector such as buy off first board , Out-going report, AQL report, and all related document for IPQC inspectors.
• Responsible for process inspection and plan roving audit at production process.
• High light to Process engineer and Production team in case of quality issue found or low yield including stop line when high major defect happened.
• Training QC/QA inspectors about NPI handling and inspection.
• Support QC/QA engineer about customer complain and investigation on leakage and root cause.
• Confirm and monitoring QC/QA inspector discipline and performance.
• Supervise QC/QA inspectors for job arrangement, information and refresh training.
• Monitoring and report WIP pending to planner.
• Prepare document and line preparation to support internal audit and external audit including customer audit.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
• Experience in QA/QC Supervisor 2-3 years
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Hard working, responsible personalities
