Production Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Train operator about working process and emphasize your staffs to strictly follow the work instruction.
• To supervise employees, must comply with company rules and regulations.
• Prepare material and all document in advance to meet production plan.
• Administrative machinery and tools to be available and give notice to technicians when they encounter problems with machinery.
• To plan production, including manpower, materials according to the daily plan.
• To follow hourly output, that is according to the production plan and report to supervisor immediately if there are problems or not be able to achieve.
• To coordinate with other department in order to make production as planned, or to provide a smooth production
• Control return of remaining raw materials from production for each job order.
• To gather information and record production information, report to supervisors every day.
• Emphasize your staffs to keep clean their working area and support 5s activities.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in PCB Assembly Industry
• Good command in English
• Ability to lead
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of plant and manufacturing processes
