BOI Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare documents for BOI approval related to raw materials and machinery.
• Utilize BOI privileges for import duty exemption on materials, machinery, and corporate income tax.
• Manage BOI maximum stock and report critical items to the superior on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit formulas for new finished goods (FG) and revisions (if any) to BOI monthly.
• Summarize and report the number of export entries and the number of pending cut stock on a monthly basis.
• Extend the raw material import period every February.
• Submit and report the progress of BOI projects via https://emonitoring.boi.go.th every February and July.
• Handle BOI scrap clearance as per the scheduled plan.
• Update and report new BOI regulations and BOI announcements to the superior and team.
• Follow up on import and export entries (0409) from the freight forwarder for filing in the department and support the import-export team weekly.
• Clear invoices and billing to the Accounting Department on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and submit claim letters for loss and damage related to inbound and outbound shipments to forwarders and service providers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Background in the manufacturing business.
• At least 5 years of experience in BOI (Board of Investment).
• Good command of English.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
