Accounting Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for Petty cash , petty cash policy, summary petty cash for reimbursement, 2. Prepare detail of withholding income tax, Phor.Hor.Dor 3 and 5 and review detail of withholding tax and reconcile with balance per book 3. Responsible for domestic payment and cash advance from every department. 4. Dealing with vendor for invoice and receipt problem 5. Support Accounting Manager in a qualified way and relieve her in an effective way 6. Guarantee that the information flow between Accounting Manager and the other divisions is working 7. Establish a basis for decisions made by Accounting Manager while providing her information 8. Record and update bank statement in excel file on daily basis 9. Responsible for financial report of Freight Data ,monthly report for due domestic payable Documents / เอกสารประกอบการสมัครงาน - Resume (English only) /ประวัติการทำงาน (ภาษาอังกฤษ) - Transcript / วุฒิการศึกษา - Copy of ID card / สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน - Current photo / รูปถ่ายปัจจุบัน - Working certificate / หนังสือรับรองการทำงาน (ถ้ามี) - Expected salary /เงินเดือนที่คาดหวัง

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 2 years in Accounting in Manufacturing - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting - Good command of English - Having knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
