CNC Technician

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Set-up & operate CNC and NC milling and bending machine(S). • Operate a variety of equipment such as band saw, insert press and hand tools. • Verifies setting by measuring positions, first-run part and sample pieces, adjusting offsets and machine needed. • Maintains specifications by observing machine process, talking measurement; adjusting and reprograming controls as needed; adhering to quality assurances procedures and processes. • Support the CNC Supervisor in his daily duties. • Help to analyze and resolve work problems (e.g. fixtures & jigs to support manufacturing process). • Read and understand blue print. • Understand company policies and enforce safety regulations. • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Other duties as assigned by his Manager and/or Supervisor. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Manufacturing experience in Technician role - Proven knowledge of machining and metal work technology - Proven knowledge in machine and tool set-up operation - Ability to read and understand blue prints - Strengths in CNC machine functions - Knowledge of Solidworks in a plus - Must have great problem solving skills and ability to multitask
