Quality Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The candidate will lead the Quality team and Continuous improvement projects to achieve best in class for electronics products. This position reports to the Managing Director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Quality Standards: You are an expert regarding quality, compliance and process documentation and records that are used throughout the company and you guide projects for improving the documentation. • Quality Project Management: you manage corrective actions, process improvement and auditing projects. • Business Process Documentation: You understand, comply, and improve established company policies and procedures. Developing standard work, policies, procedures, job aids, and business process communications are a part of the job. • Document Control: You manage documents, records, forms, and work instructions. Improve the system if needed. • Quality Communications: You explain and train business process compliance to others. You train process mapping and Statistical Process Control (SPC). • Quality Auditing: You perform quality audits such as Supply chain audits, process audits, and ISO audits. • Problem Solving: You solve problems, typically in situations where general standardization should exist, but may not be operating effectively. • Team Player: You participate and organize management reviews, material reviews, supplier reviews, corrective action reviews, process improvement teams, audits, customer visits and training sessions. • Quality: You are a knowledge center to the organization regarding product specifications, customer requirements, testing, inspections, part verification, equipment calibration, corrective actions, non conformances, voice of the customer. • Quality Control: You control the quality by using SPC and the 7 tools of QC and alert when the process is out of control. • Quality assurance: You manage incoming and outgoing inspection using AQL or alternate sampling standard to make sure good material comes in and good products go out. You manage and improve the supplier rating system. • Environmental management: You review the environmental objectives and targets, ensure the actions in place to achieve the targets. Monitor the measurement result of pollution outlet from company. Ensure that waste disposal proceed according to legal requirements. Review the compliance with legal and law concerning the environment. • Safety management: You perform risk assessment in working environment. Promote the safety awareness to employees. Approve proper corrective actions on any accident occurred including report review. Ensure that all alert and warning signs are sufficient regarding to safety regulation. Prepare for emergency situation i.e. fire, flood and earthquake. • Reporting: You report daily, weekly and/or monthly KPI’s for the quality department. • Liaison: You define, communicate and align corporate and subsidiary quality directives. • MR: You are the Quality Management Representative for implementation and maintaining of ISO9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004, ISO 13485:2012 and OHSAS 18001. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - MSc or BSc in Engineering with specialization in - - Quality Management - Excellent English written and spoken - Project Management experience - Quality Engineering - Process control proficiency - Lean Manufacturing experience - Understand the requirements in IPC-A-610 standard for electronics assembly - At least 2 years of experience in quality management role - Vision, Drive, Persistence, Optimism and Organizational skills - A team builder and motivator, a leader, a communicator, a team player - Experience with ISO standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and preferable ISO 13485:2012) - Excellent technical writing skills Does this position meet your interest and do you have the requested skills?
