Customer Service Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage assigned customer accounts 2. Internal communication with engineering, purchasing and planning teams to ensure the customers\\\' demands are met and surpassed 3. Handle all communications with your customers, via phone, e-mail and face-to face visit 4. Organize customer visit: presentation etc. 5. Using the SAP system to process customer orders, including: i)Quotations ii)Frame Contracts iii)Order Confirmations iv)Order Follow Up (inter-departmental communication) v)Shipment Planning vi)Open Order Management vii)Forecasting/Order Projections 6. Prepare documents and correspondence for RMA, credit note and service complaints 7. Develop new business opportunities with current accounts and assist with customer acquisition 8. Assist technical sales and engineers on quotations 9. Follow-Up on quotes to ensure that quotations turn into orders 10. Track on-time delivery statistics and incoming orders from assigned customers. 11. Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high customer retention

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Fluent written and spoken English (German, French or Thai is a plus) - Good computer proficiency, MS Excel skills necessary - Experience with the SAP system : will be adventage
