Warehouse Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Warehouse Responsibilities 1. Responsible of the Warehouse Outbound and Inbound Sections (internal material flow, supply to production). 2. Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress. Support the team on achieving the set goals. 3. Communicate/interact with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as: production, quality, purchasing. 4. Overview of stock control and on time processing of orders. 5. Responsible for a clean and safe storage of materials in all areas of the warehouse (including the administration and application of all safety policies, procedures, and programs). 6. Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve any Material related problems. Support in developing, implementing and monitoring new/improved inventory control procedures (for example: physical cycle count program), Publishes monthly results and summary reports. 7. Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods an dot issue work assignments. Packing Responsibilities 1. Supervising packing operations 2. Issuing and maintaining work schedules 3. Making sure that tasks are completed on time, matching quality standards and safety 4. Recruiting staff and organizing training 5. Planning machine/equipment maintenance used by packing team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - BA in Business, BS in Engineering or related field - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse operations (preferable electronic Industry) and 3 years experiences at supervisor level - Good Command of English - Experience with ERP system (SAP experience will be an advantage) - Knowledge in the aspect of inventory, logistics, supply chain management
