Purchasing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Support Purchase Manager in a qualified way and relieve her in an effective way . 2. Forward decisions made by Purchase Manager immediately and in a competent form. 3. Guarantee that the information flow between Purchase Manager and the other is working 4. Establish a basis for decisions made by Purchase Manager while providing her information. 5. Raw materials & factory supply for manufacturing process for indirect materials from every division and national (domestic) suppliers of indirect material. 6. Issues ; Inquiry, Purchase Order, Quotation ,Purchase Request. 7. Supports Finance Manager in functional, conceptual and planning tasks. 8. Invites offers and compares them. 9. Conducts purchase negotiations by possible type of communication. 10.Chooses suppliers and conducts purchase negotiations at domestic purchase. 11.Sets delivery dates, order quantity and define the right order date. 12.Keep all relevant documents like Incoming Report, PO and PR.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor\'s degree in any related field - at least 3- 5 years experience in Purchasing field - SAP experience an advantage - Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) - Good command of both spoken and written English - Good Team player - Able to work on own initiative
