HR Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage company staff, including coordinate and support the recruitment process - Onboard newcomers to the company - Improve employee engagement and wellbeing at workplace - Apply HR strategy for multicultural and diversity in the workplace - Determine suitable salaries and remuneration - Develope adequate induction and training - Assist with the performance management and review process - Remote staff management for Thai and English speaking's staff across company office locations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 5 year experience in Human Resource Recruitment & Development - Strong influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business - Strong entrepreneur-oriented mindset and able to transform business strategy into HR strategy - Excellent in English and experience in a multi-culture environment
